All active personnel of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) will be entitled to free rides at the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) starting April 25. The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has completed its weighing test of Dalian trains for the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) railway system Thursday night.
